Domus AM is a comprehensive asset manager, of real estate projects. From this platform we identify, acquire, manage and maximize the value of real estate projects, both in our projects and in joint venture with strategic partners. From the identification of the opportunity, to the creation, development and implementation of the business plan. The management of Domus is directed towards the maximization of the value, both in time and in revenue.
Domus RS is a division specialized in the commercialization of projects and residential portfolios. Among our clients, we count on the principal financial entities, investments funds and both national and international developers. The commercialization services include from the product conceptualization previous to the commercialization, until the post-sale management, through the elaboration, management, and implementation of all the necessary commercial tools.
The management team of Domus has a contrasted trackrecord that shows they have carried out successfully real estate projects for clients. From this department, we offer consultancy services referring to the acquisition, execution, management, and feasibility of the real estate projects. Among these, we have the analysis of portfolios and valuation of real estate portfolios or design of business plan and their monitorization.
